About Juan
Juan has over 25 years of industry experience in Computer Consultation and Training. He has several Microsoft certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Trainer, and he handles all computer repairs/upgrades, technical training, and consultation for the company. Juan graduated from Johnson C. Smith University in 1994 with a B.S. degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and Mathematics, and in 2010, he obtained a M.A. degree in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University.
About Rachelle
Rachelle is an United States Air Force (Major) veteran with over 15 years of experience as a logistics officer and basic military education instructor in the areas of Supply Management, Special Projects, and Education & Training. Rachelle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Biology, and in 1998, she obtained a M.A. degree in Health Services Management from Webster University.
